of a High and Dry Marina Permit, a Corps Lease providing access
with ramp and community docking facility. A "High and Dry
Marina" is Dry Stack Boat Storage facility allows you to
provide residents, tenants and guests of Eagle's Bluff
with a convenient and safe indoor storage while creating an
excellent profit center of the property. The facility could
also provide gas and boat sales and maintenance services.
In addition
to the High and Dry Marina Permit, Eagle's Bluff has
a Wet Slip Permit for up to 250 wet slips, providing a significant
amenity for development of the property.
